Through this training we strengthen our organization while providing opportunities for personal development. Strengthening our organization by developing our talent from within provides us with a full pipeline of candidates for leadership positions and is central to our management development philosophy.
Individual Development
Leadership throughout Tindall is responsible for creating an individual development plan for every employee. Our goal is to identify resources the employee and leader agree support and build knowledge, skills and abilities. This plan is a piece of the employee’s career path and includes development activities such as: on-the-job training through mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments; seminars, conferences and participation in professional association committees; and a robust tuition reimbursement program supporting continued education.

“Our leadership understands that everyone has different goals and motivations, and they encourage each employee to develop an individualized plan for their future.”
