Multiple Project Opportunities

Months: 6-18
The final stage of the Tindall Training Program includes the opportunity for several short term, multidiscipline assignments which move our business forward while providing further development opportunities before individuals enter their specialty. Specific project assignments will vary depending on the needs of our business at the time. Examples include:

• Estimating
• IE/Standards
• Quality Assurance
• Production
• Drafting/shop card checking
• Project management (under senior manager)
• Scheduling
• Safety
• Plant expansion/new construction
